• Can I get a cover without typography?

Depends.

You want someone else to do the typography? If that's a yes, and you find someone else to do it, then I'll probably say yes. But only if I like their work. If you have not yet found someone else to do it or if you intend to do it yourself, then I'm afraid my answer is no. Please let me know when you place your order so we can sort it out.

 

 

• When I pay for my cover, do I get the rights to it?

Sorry, no.
When you buy a cover from me you're buying a product. Nothing else. Same as buying a T-shirt. You get a piece of cloth in exchange for your money, right? Right. Not the trademark behind it. So here's the same. I own the designs. The stock belongs to their respective owners.

 

 

• Who pays for the stock?

You do.

At this point in life I can only work with free stock, so if you wanna use your own images, you have to purchase them from stock sites such as Shutterstock or Fotolia.com.

 

 

 

• Do I have to include a copy of the license of usage of the stock I provide?

Yes, please.
Otherwise and unless you're the copyright holder, I won't use it.

 

 

 

• Can I get a print cover weeks or months after I buy my ebook cover?

Yes, you can.

Note that they are priced separately and that it'll still cost you the same as if you had bought them at the same time. But I save all my designs and should still have yours around.

 

 

 

• What if I still don't know the title of my book?

No worries. You can buy your cover (custom or premade) and add your title and other details later on. Just come back when you're ready. After a period of three months, I charge an extra fee of $10.

 

 

 

• Where are the prices?

For premade covers, you'll find their prices in their individual descriptions. Mind that not all premades cost the same.

 

 

 

 

• I don't want/need the whole set. What do I do?

All premade sets come with 2 or 3 items.

 

• For 2 items sets, you can get just the item you want, but you'll be charged (on top of the item's price) an extra $25 for splitting the package. This is because once you buy it no one else can, so the left item would be wasted.

 

• For 3 items sets, you can get 2 items of your choosing for an extra charge of $25 on top of their individual price. But if you only buy one item, then I'll charge you $70 over the total price of the item.

 

 

 

• Do you have Terms & Conditions?

Yes, I do.
