Once the final payment (for a custom cover) has been made, I won't refund the money to the author. When they give their approval for the custom cover and make the appropriate payments afterwards, it is understandable they're confirming their satisfaction with the final produc, and therefore do not plan on changing it anymore.
If you wish to return a premade cover, you may.
But only within the first 2 weeks after buying it and only if it's still unused.
Be aware that I'll only refund 40% of your money when you return a premade cover.

THIS IS NOT WORK-FOR-HIRE. You're buying a product, nothing else. Buying a cover from this site doesn't give you the right to claim over the copyright of either the designs or the stock. I own the designs. The good people at DeviantArt.com own the stock. And you will own the right to use the final product once you buy it. Even then, YOU MAY NOT SELL, EDIT, CLAIM OR IN ANY OTHER WAY CHANGE MY DESIGNS.

I reserve the right to change the basic prices at any time without much, or any, notice at all.

I reserve the right to keep part of the money (usually the advanced amount) if I cannot meet the author's expectations or if the author can't find anything to their liking.

I reserve the right to cancel the order at any time, in which case I'll refund the money to the author if it's already been paid part or all of it.

I reserve the right to break the deal if the author isn't collaborating. (For example, if the author doesn't pay the advance or breaks the rules). Rule breakers won't get their money back.

I may choose, on ocassion, to trade part of my work for a copy of the author's book or something to that effect. The author can accept it or not.

I reserve the right to say no to any author when placing their orders. If and when this happens, I'll explain my reasons.
